James & George Collie are pleased to announce the appointment of Brian Sutton as a partner in the firm.

The 37-year-old Aberdeen University graduate qualified in 1997 and joined the firm as an associate in September 2008 after previously having been a partner for over 5 years in two other City legal practices.

Brian deals mainly in private client work and has a varied work load, being able to assist clients in a wide range of legal disciplines including residential property sales and purchases, remortgages, commercial property transactions, the drafting and preparation of wills and powers of attorney, winding up executry estates and a variety of other legal matters.
