Mark has over 15 years of post-qualified experience in residential conveyancing, wills, and powers of attorney.
His core focus is guiding clients through the purchase, sale, and re-mortgage of residential property. Mark takes pride in adding value to each transaction— whether that be through helping to negotiate a favourable price or providing a friendly, stress-diminishing role in navigating his clients through the often stressful period of moving home.
Mark has in-depth knowledge of Land and Buildings Transaction Tax (LBTT) and Additional Dwelling Supplement (ADS), and regularly advises on complex conveyancing issues.
Outside the office, Mark is a devoted husband and father who enjoys spending quality time with his wife and young children. When time allows, he also enjoys reading, football and attending music concerts.
