Cathleen actually “”fell into”” property after a friend who owned an estate agency asked her to help out, and she quickly realised she had found a career she truly loved. That initial spark led to over a decade of international experience, bringing a unique, global perspective to the Aberdeen market today. Her career truly took off during her ten years in Bahrain, where she specialised in corporate relocation for expatriates. This role involved securing entire villa compounds for exclusive use, often meeting and negotiating directly with the Sheikhs who owned the estates. Her time in the Middle East was transformative; she fully immersed herself in the local culture, gaining a deep respect for the region’s traditions and high-level business etiquette. She later joined Cluttons in Bahrain, broadening her expertise into the sales of major commercial and residential developments. Since returning to Aberdeen in 2013 and re-entering the local property sector in 2014, Cathleen has focused on one simple mission: providing the gold-standard service she would expect to receive herself. She truly loves what she does and prides herself on guiding clients through the buying and selling process with transparency, dedication and genuine care.
When she is not talking property, Cathleen can often be found firing up the BBQ (whenever the Scottish weather allows!), planning her next travel adventure, or enjoying quality time with her bulldog, Belle.
