Ross started his career in retail management whilst studying for a degree in Educational studies. In 2025, Ross decided to make the jump from the retail industry into the property sector. Later that same year he joined the leasing department of James and George Collie as their property factor.
In his spare time Ross enjoys reading, going to the cinema with his partner and is also part of a local quiz team and acting group.
